I was born and raised in a city, but it seemed impossible to survive in the city overflowing. I tried to find life elsewhere. I applied for a program that utilizes vacant houses in a rural area suffering from population extinction. That might be the opposite of the city. That's how I stayed in the afterlife village. From the summer season, the longest year of the year, until the autumn equinox, when the length of the day and night are the same. The afterlife was seen in the large windows and doors of the house. The most visible thing in this village was the sky surrounded by low mountains. Clouds in the sky, winds and typhoons from there, and even sunlight after a long rainy season. I stared at things that are affected by each other for a long time. I was like the person who had lived in the house already, or the tree had existed before this house, with migratory birds flying from afar and chirping, and seeds still asleep next to it. Everything I saw in the afterlife was living in each world at its own pace and its way. I could also think of my afterlife while living here, and slowly made a slow painting and slow song titled 'After Life'.
