에바 스토츠

에바 스토츠는 베를린 영화방송학교에서 연출을 공부했다. 단편 극영화를 몇 편 연출한 뒤 다큐멘터리 영화에 관심을 가지게 되었다. 그녀의 첫 장편 다큐멘터리 영화인 <악마가 의심 속에 숨어있다>는 여러 국제 영화제에 상영되며 상을 수상했고 독일 텔레비전을 통해 방영되기도 했다. 독일 텔레비전 ZDF와 베를린 브란덴부르크 미디어보드의 지원을 받아 제작된 졸업영화 <글로벌홈>은 오스틴 사우스바이사우스웨스트 페스티벌을 비롯, 여러 세계 영화제에 초대되었다. 2013년 에바 스토츠는 베를린에 제작사 ‘론자필름’을 세웠다. 베를린에서 열리는 하버드 여름학교에서 세계다큐멘터리 수업을 진행하고 있다.

Eva STOTZ

Eva Stotz studied Directing at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin. After several short fiction films, she turned her attention towards documentary films. Her first feature documentary film “Sollbruchstelle/ Devil hides in doubt” was successful screened at international festivals, received several awards and broadcasted on German Television. Her graduation film “Global Home”(commissioned by German Television ZDF, supported by Medienboard Berlin Brandenburg) has had its premiere at SXSW Festival in Austin, Texas and since then has invited to many international film festivals. In 2013 Eva Stotz founded the production company ronjafilm in Berlin. She holds regular international documentary classes and tutors the yearly Harvard Summer School in Berlin.
