DESCRIPTION

한강을 중심으로 펼쳐진 한국 전근대의 역사, 환경, 한강의 기적이라고 불리울 정도로 급속하게 변해온 한강 및 서울의 개발과 현재의 모습까지를 나의 개인적인 시점으로부터 시작하여 풀어낸다.

WaveWave-Imaginarium is a take on Han River, which the artist, as a citizen of seoul, had felt was so close yet so far. Wavewave-Imaginarium is the artist’s individual perspective in the development and the present state of the Han River and Seoul, the environment, sprawling pre-modern history of Korea, and the rapid growth and development of Seoul commonly referred to as the “Miracle one the Han River,” all of which occurred around the Han River. 

정혜정

2009년에 홍익대학교 회화과를 졸업하고, 2013년에 한국예술종합학교 조형예술과 전문사 과정을 졸업하였다. 다수의 레지던시에 참여하고 있다.

 

JUNG Haejung 

JUNG Haejung had majored in painting for bachelor’s degree at Hongik University, and graduated the school of Visual arts for master’s degree at Korea National University of Arts. She has participated in many residency programs.
