인플레이션으로 인해 짐바브웨 달러의 가치가 완전히 하락했다. 범죄가 만연한 하라레 슬럼가에서 가치 있는 미국 달러 지폐는 반드시 옷 속에 감추어져야 하는데, 이는 지폐가 빠른 속도로 박테리아의 온상이 되는 것을 의미한다. 

Inflation has resulted in the Zimbabwe dollar completely losing its value. In the Harare slums, which are rife with crime, valuable US dollar banknotes must be concealed in clothing, which means that the notes quickly become breeding grounds for bacteria.

Media artist and filmmaker Jan Ijas lives and works in Helsinki, Finland. Ijas works with documentary, fiction and alternative film. The films of Ijas deal with serious and difficult social themes, like migration into foreign and hostile societies. Ijas's films have been shown very widely abroad by over a hundred film festivals and as installations in museums and galleries.
