요한 리지프마

요한 리지프마(1984)는 네덜란드의 위트레흐트를 기반으로 활동하는 시각 아티스트이다. 실험적이면서도 장난기 많은 방식으로 일상적인 환경에서 찾은 단순한 주제들을 활용, 창의적인 콜라보레이션 작품들을 만든다. 체계적이고 분석적인 절차를 통해 그는 일상생활의 예측 불가능함과 자신이 당연시하는 통제 사이의 관계를 사유한다. 비디오, 애니메이션, 사진은 그가 창작하고 포착하는, 흔치 않고, 일견 단순하면서도, 꼼꼼한 과정들을 담는 주된 수단이다.   
 

Johan RIJPMA

Johan Rijpma (1984) is a visual artist based in Utrecht, The Netherlands, in his work he forms creative collaborations with often simple subjects from his daily surroundings in an experimental and playful way. Within his systematic and analytic procedures he reflects on the relationship between his own presumed control and the unpredictability of everyday life. Video, animation and photography are primarily the means by which he creates and captures unusual, seemingly simple but often meticulous processes.
