ARTIST'S NOTE

두 명의 사람은 각자의 방식으로 대화를 시도하지만 특별히 어떤 전개나 변화는 없다. 두 사물-사람은 몸 모양의 오브제를 서로 접촉하는 것을 시도하거나 공간을 물리적으로 움직이면서 상황에 변화를 가하지만 둘 사이의 있는 좁혀지지 않는 거리는 일정한 간격을 유지한다.

Two people try to talk in their own way, but there is no any particular change. Two things - a person tries to make contact with objects in the shape of a body, or changes the situation by moving the space physically. However, The constant distance between the two maintains that gaps.

임정수 작가는 몸의 움직임과 사물의 관계에서 발생하는 표면들을 설치, 퍼포먼스, 영상을 통해 장면화된 형태로서 다룬다. 한국예술종합학교 조형예술과 전문사를 졸업했다. [Kunstort ELEVEN, 독일, 2018], [NCCA, 러시아, 2018], [ARE Holland, 네덜란드, 2017], [Bitamine Faktoria, 스페인, 2016]등 해외 레지던시와[그림과 조각, 시청각, 2018], [Traversing Boundaries,뉴욕한국문화원, 2017]등 국내외 전시에 참여했다.
