  줄리 바셰Julie Vacher

  쥴리 바셰(1989년생, 오베르빌리에 거주 및 근무)는 2018년 르 프레느와 국립 현대 미술스튜디오, 2013년 리옹 미술학과를 졸업했다. 쥴리 바셰는 물리적인 것과 가상이 공존하는 시대에 인간과 인간, 인간과 비인간, 생명체와 환경 사이에서 일어나는 변화의 과정을 무대에 올린다. 그녀의 실험 범위는 생태학적 상상력, 건강에 대한 환상, 일의 세계에 대한 신화를 다루고 있다. 시적 추상성과 사회적 이슈 사이에서 그녀의 내러티브는 사변적이며 다큐멘터리와 실험적 픽션, 자연주의와 인공합성, 환상과 신조어가 혼합되어 있다.

  Julie Vacher (born in 1989, lives and works in Aubervilliers) graduated from Le Fresnoy-Studio National des Arts Contemporains in 2018 and from the Fine Arts of Lyon in 2013.
  
  Julie Vacher stages the processes of transformation at play in human-to-human, human-to-non-human relationships, and between living beings and their environments in an era where the physical and the virtual coexist. The scope of her experiments touches on ecological imagination, health fantasies, and the mythology of the world of work. Between poetic abstraction and societal issues, her narratives are speculative and blend documentary and experimental fiction, naturalism and synthesis, illusions and neologisms.
  
  Her work takes shape through film, sound installation, radiophony, and the web, and has been presented at major contemporary art and cinema events such as the Digital Art Festival in Taipei (Taiwan), Palazzo Grassi for Helicotrema (Italy), Panorama 20 (France), the Biennale Musique en Scène (France), FID Marseille (France), Thaddaeus Ropac gallery for Jeune Création (France), FRAC Poitou-Charentes (France), the American Documentary Film Festival (California, USA), Untilthen gallery (France), Cinéphémère – FIAC Hors-les-murs (France), and SNIFF (Finland).
  
  In 2022-2023, she was awarded the residency at Villa Kujoyama (Japan) and the call for proposals Mondes Nouveaux (France).
