그해 봄, H빌의 하늘에는 ____가 있었다. ____는 무엇인가? 아무도 모른다. 갑작스러운 '알 수 없는' 현상이 황당하고 이상한 현상을 일으켰다. 진짜 악몽은 자연재해가 아니라 인간이 만든 것이다. 그 정권은 이것을 "예외 상태"를 구현하기 위해 사용했다. 그 시스템은 계속 작동했다. 인간의 가치는 얼마나 남았을까?

That spring, there was _ in the sky of H-ville. What is _? No one can tell. The sudden “unknown” caused absurd and strange phenomena. The real nightmare was not the natural disaster, but the man-made one. The regime used this to implement the "state of exception". The system continued to operate. How much human value would be left?

청 홍 아이유는 홍콩에 기반을 둔 독립 영화 감독이다. 그는 홍콩 중문대학교를 졸업했다. 그는 '시민인권전선'이라는 NGO단체에서 일했다. 그는 사회 운동과 영화 제작에 대한 천직을 가지고 있다. 그는 2013년 국제사면위원회(국제앰네스티) 홍콩을 위한 'Hong Kong's Road to the Abolishment of Death Penalty'이라는 다큐멘터리를 감독했다. 그의 단편 영화 "The Autonomous Era"(2015)는 2015 프레쉬 웨이브 국제 단편 영화제 (2015)와 2017 베를린 REC 영화제 (2017)에서 특별 언급을 받았다. 그의 실험적인 단편 "After the Riots, Before the Liberation" (2020)은 일본에서 열린 제35회 이미지 포럼 페스티벌에서 우수상을 받았다. 그는 아마추어 사진작가이기도 하다. 그의 사진작품은 런던, 로마, 아테네, 시카고의 많은 갤러리에 전시되었다.

Chung Hong IU is an independent film director based in Hong Kong. He graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He worked in a NGO, Civil Human Rights Front. He has a vocation for social movement and film-making. He directed the documentary, Hong Kong's Road to the Abolishment of Death Penalty, for Amnesty International Hong Kong in 2013. His short film The Autonomous Era (2015) earned Special Mention in Fresh Wave International Short Film Festival 2015 and REC Filmfestival Berlin 2017. His experimental short After the Riots, Before the Liberation (2020) earned the Award for Excellence in the 35th Image Forum Festival in Japan. He is also an amateur photographer. His photography works were exhibited in numbers of galleries in London, Rome, Athens and Chicago.
